At Awmi Fashion BD, we always strive to deliver products that meet your expectations in perfect condition. However, if any issue arises due to unforeseen circumstances, we are here to assist you with our fair and transparent Return and Replacement Policy.


🧾 Return & Replacement Terms

  1. Returns must be initiated within 3 days of receiving the product.

  2. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.

  3. If the product was delivered with a free promotional item, it must be returned along with the main item.

  4. Returns and replacements are subject to inspection and verification by our quality control team.

  5. Replacement is subject to availability — if the product is out of stock, a full refund will be issued.

  6. Shipping and Cash on Delivery (COD) charges are non-refundable.


📦 Valid Reasons for Return or Replacement

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • The product is damaged or defective.

  • The product does not match the description or photo.

  • There is a size mismatch (only if the delivered size differs from the invoice).

  • The product has a wrong color or design (e.g., incorrect design placement or front/back mismatch).

  • You received the wrong product.

⚠️ Note: Returns will not be accepted for size issues if the delivered size matches the order invoice.

  2. Once we receive your return request, our team will arrange for a pickup or request that you send the product back.

  3. After the returned product passes quality inspection, we will initiate a replacement or refund process accordingly.


💰 Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only after the return evaluation is complete.

  • If the replacement item is unavailable, you’ll receive a full refund.

  • Shipping and COD fees are not refundable.

  • If your payment was made online (via card, mobile banking, or bank transfer), the refund will be credited to the same payment method.

  • In case of duplicate online payments due to a technical issue, the excess amount will be refunded.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 3–7 working days.
    If you do not receive your refund within this timeframe, please contact us for assistance.
